Lance Matthews
Director
Lance brings more than two decades of roofing experience to every project, along with a strong eye for detail and workmanship. He leads by example, supporting the team on site and ensuring that our high standards never drop. From site safety to installation quality, Lance keeps the build on track and the finish sharp.
Leigh McCombe
Director
Leigh co-founded Total Roofing & Cladding with a vision for honest, reliable service and quality results. With deep roots in roof plumbing and architectural cladding, Leigh oversees operations and supports both the trade and office teams. He’s committed to maintaining long-term relationships with clients, builders and suppliers.
Chris de Jager
Roofing Project Manager
Chris manages day-to-day operations for our residential and commercial roofing projects. From quoting to site coordination, he’s the main point of contact for clients and builders throughout each stage of the job. With a strong background in metal roofing systems, Chris ensures each job is delivered on time and to spec.
Hannah Roberts
Sales/Project Coordinator
Hannah supports our clients from the very first enquiry. She manages scheduling, communications and coordination between sales, estimating and the project team. Her focus is making sure every client knows what to expect, when to expect it, and who to contact at every step.
