Doncaster, Vic, 3108

Doncaster is located 16 kilometres north of Melbourne’s Central Business District. The City of Manningham is its local government area. Doncaster has a population of 20,946 people according to the 2016 Census.

The suburb, colloquially known as “Donny,” like its namesake in the United Kingdom, is located on 8.9 km2 of land, centred on the summit of the 120-meter-high Doncaster Hill. The suburb is divided into two sections: the central area along the top of Doncaster Hill, which includes several historical buildings along Doncaster Road, the Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre, and surrounding high-rise apartments, and the rest of the suburb, which is typical of many of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, with extensive low-density housing.

The area is in a great position, close to both the city and the lush green North Eastern suburbs. A fantastic investment opportunity since there is lots of space for expansion, and public transportation will continue to improve as the population grows! Friendly, secure, and excellent eating and shopping choices.

Why Architectural Cladding?

The exterior of a home is the first thing people notice when they drive up to your house for the first time. A well-designed, attractive and functional exterior can give your property an edge over its competition in the housing market. Choosing architectural cladding for your home will not only protect it from harsh weather conditions like wind, rain and snow but also increase its curb appeal by adding visual interest with texture and color. There are many benefits to installing architectural cladding on your home’s exterior that make it worth considering as part of any major renovation or construction project.
