Mulgrave, Vic, 3170
Mulgrave is 21 kilometres south of Melbourne’s downtown business sector. The City of Monash is its local government area. Mulgrave has a population of 19,368 people according to the 2016 Census.
Mulgrave boasts a comprehensive list of the standard suburban facilities, but it also has its own unique attractions. The Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre on the corner of Police and Jacksons Rd is a popular shopping destination for Mulgrave residents, but the town also hosts a weekly Farmers Market and the Mulgrave Makers Market, which sells all things handcrafted.
The Mulgrave Freeway, which was later renamed to the Monash Freeway, was named after the area. Mulgrave is primarily populated by older couples and families, but because of its proximity to Monash University, it also attracts a considerable number of young, independent individuals.
Why Architectural Cladding?
The exterior of a home is the first thing people notice when they drive up to your house for the first time. A well-designed, attractive and functional exterior can give your property an edge over its competition in the housing market. Choosing architectural cladding for your home will not only protect it from harsh weather conditions like wind, rain and snow but also increase its curb appeal by adding visual interest with texture and color. There are many benefits to installing architectural cladding on your home’s exterior that make it worth considering as part of any major renovation or construction project.
